ALL ABOARD... The Polar Express...

We took the kids on the Polar Express! It was really fun... we all loved it and I think we will be making it a Christmas tradition. We arrived and boarded the train. Welcomed by Elves named Figgy and Winky which the girls just loved. They had bright costumes and make-up! We were given Big Fat Warm Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies and soon followed Hot Chocolate... As we watched out the window and spotted DEER with Daddy the Elves sang Christmas Carols and told jokes! Soon we were visted by Mrs Clause... Then the Conductor came by to make sure we had our tickets punched. THEN THE BIG SURPRISE... SANTA CLAUSE!!! He was a very cute Santa... Emma would have nothing to do with him but Brook was ready to tell him what she wanted for Christmas. She said I WANT A PINK BARBIE JEEP and he said a Barbie Jeep huh, and she said a PINK one Santa!!! Oh soooooo cute!!! He gave her a bell (like in the book and movie) then a candy cane! She grinned from ear to ear!!! It was a magical night to remember... Grampa and Grama took us to eat after at the Train Cafe'. It's moments like those that make life sparkle when you feel you're in the dark.... Can't wait for Christmas!!! It's going to be soon... and I think Santa heard the wish for the Barbie Jeeps, but somehow we got stuck with the bill... hhhmmm.... ha ha ha! or ho ho ho is it...

Happy Super Duper late Thanksgiving! Wow... we have been super busy! Sorry for the late post. We had a great Turkey Day at my mom's house with Jimmy's parents! It was nice... Colby and Misty moved back to California that weekend. They are there and SO happy! Their house is awesome and Colby has an incredible job! I'm trying to convince Misty to start a Blog too!

Christmas deadlines have been this week for my work so it's been a WAY insane couple weeks for me helping everyone finish up their projects to get them in time for Christmas! Jimmy started a part time job and now comes home from work and works from home! We are really busy but having fun! The girls are super excited for our trip to Oregon for Christmas! They will have Daddy for a whole week... YAY!!! We are taking them on the Heber Creeper Polar Express ride next week. I'll post pictures of that.

We took the kids to a Pumpkin Patch to pick their own pumpkins! It was adorable! They tried to pick up everyone they walked by and said LOOK MOM THIS ONE'S PERFECT... even if it was rotting on one side and mis-shapen the kids wanted them all. We decided to tell the kids we needed to find a Daddy, Mommy, Brook and Emma Pumpkin! The had so much fun...

I love my family...

There are many of you out there that may not want to follow our little family's adventures and journeys together but there are some people like me who love knowing what's going on in your friend's and family's lives that you don't get to see or talk to everyday!

I love my husband and my kids and the bless my socks off everyday! I follow a couple friends blogs and I just love it. I love hearing and seeing all the day to day funny and quirky things that happen with them! Some days it even makes my day better! We're not too exciting... but I hope maybe we can make you laugh and smile every now and then!
